Mark Marostica is our co-chief financial officer and is responsible for leading corporate development initiatives for our company, as well as strategic planning activities and investor relations. Mr. Marostica joined our company as vice president of corporate development and strategy in January 2015. He has over 17-year experience in the capital markets, with a focus on Asian education and Internet companies. Before joining the company, he was a managing director and senior research analyst at Piper Jaffray & Company from 1998 to 2014, and served as managing director and head of Asia equity research from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that he was a consulting manager at Deloitte & Touche from 1994 to 1998. Earlier in his career Mark served as an information technology manager at Fortis, and as an analyst at Electronic Data Systems. Mark holds a master degree in Business Administration from University of St. Thomas in Saint Paul, and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from Lakehead University in Canada.

Chan Wing Hong, is our co-chief financial officer. Mr. Chan joined our Company in 2005 and is responsible for overall financial and accounting matters. Mr. Chan has over 21 years of accounting and auditing experience. He received a Master of Applied Finance from the University of Western Sydney in 2002 and is a Certified Public Accountant of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
